We hope you will love and cherish your custom engraved item, however if you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know. We work with our customers to ensure every detail is exactly as you order it and will send a proof for approval on certain products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we will not be able to accept returns unless we made an error or the item was received damaged during shipping, upon which a prompt and immediate replacement will be provided should this occur. We appreciate your business! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to help.
